DUBLIN AIRPORT (ADMISSION CHARGES) BYE-LAWS, 1953 (REVOCATION) BYE-LAWS, 1956.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 16 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 (No. 4 of 1950), hereby make the following bye-laws :—

1. These bye-laws may be cited as the Dublin Airport (Admission Charges) Bye-Laws, 1953 (Revocation) Bye-Laws, 1956.

2. These bye-laws shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1956.

3. The Dublin Airport (Admission Charges) Bye-Laws, 1953 ( S.I. No. 292 of 1953 ), are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These bye-laws revoke the Dublin Airport (Admission Charges) Bye-Laws, 1953 which provided for the charging of admission charges at Dublin Airport.
