DUBLIN AIRPORT (PARKING FEES) BYE-LAWS, 1956.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 16 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 (No. 4 of 1950) hereby make the following bye-laws :—

1. These bye-laws may be cited as the Dublin Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-Laws, 1956.

2. These bye-laws shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1956.

3. The fees set out in the Schedule to these bye-laws shall be charged for the parking of vehicles in Dublin Airport.

SCHEDULE.

Type of Vehicle

Rate of Fee

Motor Cars.

6d. for a period not exceeding 2 hours.

1s.for a period exceeding 2 hours but not exceeding 6 hours.

2s.for a period exceeding 6 hours but not exceeding 24 hours,

and

2s.for each subsequent period of 24 hours.

Motor Cycles.

3d. for a period not exceeding 2 hours.

6d. for a period exceeding 2 hours but not exceeding 6 hours.

1s.for a period exceeding 6 hours but not exceeding 24 hours,

and

1s. for each subsequent period of 24 hours.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These bye-laws prescribe the fees which may be charged for the parking of vehicles at Dublin Airport.
