DUBLIN AND BALROTHERY PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DISTRICTS (BOUNDARIES) ORDER, 1956.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 7 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939) as amended by section 68 of the Local Government Act, 1955 (No. 9 of 1955) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin and Balrothery Public Assistance Districts (Boundaries) Order, 1956.

2. On and from the 1st day of May, 1956, the townlands of Bohammer and Ballymacartle in the district electoral division of Coolock shall cease to form part of the Dublin Public Assistance District and shall form part of the Balrothery Public Assistance District and the boundaries of the said districts shall be altered accordingly.
