RULES OF THE HIGH COURT AND SUPREME COURT. HIGH COURT RULES, 1956.

We, the Superior Courts Rules Committee established by Section 67 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , and reconstituted pursuant to the provisions of Section 15 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1953 , by virtue of the powers conferred upon us by Section 36 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 , and Section 68 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , and of all other powers enabling us in this behalf, do hereby make the annexed Rules of Court.

1. These Rules may be cited as the High Court Rules, 1956.

2. There shall be added to the stocks funds and securities in which by virtue of Rule 1 of Order XXXV of the Rules of the High Court and Supreme Court, 1926, as amended, Cash under the control of, or subject to the Order of, the Court may, by Order of the Court, be invested, the following stock, namely :—

Dublin Corporation 5% Redeemable Stock, 1974/79.
