Amendment of Rates on Agricultural Land (Relief) Act, 1953. |
1.—(1) The Rates on Agricultural Land (Relief) Act, 1953 (No. 36 of 1953), shall have effect in relation to the local financial years ending on the 31st day of March, 1957, the 31st day of March, 1958, and the 31st day of March, 1959. | |
(2) Accordingly, the word “five” is hereby substituted for the word “two” where the latter word occurs in section 1 of the Rates on Agricultural Land (Relief) Act, 1953 , in the reference to the local financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 1954, and the two following local financial years. |
