Definitions. |
1.—In this Act— |

|
“exportation” includes the exportation of goods brought into the State for transhipment, whether under bond or otherwise; |

|
“goods” does not include an agricultural product or fishery product as defined in section 1 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947); |

|
“licence” means a licence issued under an order made under section 2 of this Act; |
||
|
“the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce. |
