LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DUBLIN) (TEMPORARY) ACT, 1948 (CONTINUANCE) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1955.

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers vested in him by subsection (2) of Section 3 of the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 , hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 (Continuance) (No. 2) Order, 1955.

2. Part II of the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 (No. 15 of 1948) shall continue in force for six months from the 1st day of January, 1956.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this twenty-ninth day of December One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-five.
