BORD NA MONA (PAYMENT OF INTEREST) ORDER, 1955.

I, GERARD SWEETMAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 57 of the Turf Development Act, 1946 (No. 10 of 1946), as amended by section 4 of the Turf Development Act, 1950 (No. 23 of 1950), and after consultation with the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Bord na Móna (Payment of Interest) Order, 1955.

2. The Board shall be liable to pay interest on second programme advances in respect of the period commencing on the 1st day of April, 1956, and ending on the day of repayment.
