MINISTER FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AGENCY) ORDER, 1955 (REVOCATION OF NOMINATION) ORDER, 1955. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (2) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :— |

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Local Government (Agency) Order, 1955 (Revocation of Nomination) Order, 1955. |
||
|
2. The nomination (made by the Minister for Local Government (Agency) Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 238 of 1955 ), ) of Liam Cosgrave, Minister for External Affairs, to execute the office of Minister for Local Government is hereby revoked. |
||
|
