DUBLIN HARBOUR WORKS ORDER, 1950 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1955.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Part VIII of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and on the application of the Dublin Port and Docks Board, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Harbour Works Order, 1950 (Amendment) Order, 1955.

2. The works authorised by the Dublin Harbour Works Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 282 of 1950 ), shall be completed within six years from the commencement of that Order, Article 4 of which is accordingly revoked.
