HEALTH AUTHORITIES (BORROWING POWERS) ORDER, 1955.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 103 of the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947), as amended by section 42 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Health Authorities (Borrowing Powers) Order, 1955.

2. The amount standing at any particular time borrowed under section 103 of the Health Act, 1947 , by a health authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall not exceed the sum specified in the second column of the said Schedule in respect of such health authority.
