EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 254) ORDER, 1943 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1955.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 254) Order, 1943 (Revocation) Order, 1955.

2.—(1) The Emergency Powers (No. 254) Order, 1943 (S. R. & O. No. 37 of 1943), is hereby revoked.

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 28th day of October, 1955.
