HARBOUR RATES (LIMERICK HARBOUR) ORDER, 1955.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Limerick Harbour) Order, 1955.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the twenty-fifth day of October, 1955.

3. The provisions of Section 20 of the Limerick Harbour Act, 1867, and of Schedule (B) to that Act, which, as amended by Article 4 of the Harbour Rates (Limerick Harbour) Order, 1942 ( S. R. & O. No. 469 of 1942 ), prescribe a scale of graving dock rates, are hereby revoked.
