MINISTER FOR HEALTH (AGENCY) ORDER, 1955.

WHEREAS Thomas Francis O'Higgins, Minister for Health, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Health (Agency) Order, 1955.

2. Patrick O'Donnell, Minister for Local Government, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Health during the period commencing on the 8th day of August, 1955, and ending on the 10th day of August, 1955.
