WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1955 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1955.

I, BRENDAN CORISH, Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Act, 1955 (No. 16 of 1955), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Act, 1955 (Appointed Day) Order, 1955.

2. The 1st day of September, 1955, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purpose of the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Act, 1955 .
