CORK FEVER HOSPITAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1954 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1955.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Cork Fever Hospital (Amendment) Act, 1954 (No. 24 of 1954), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork Fever Hospital (Amendment) Act, 1954 (Appointed Day) Order, 1955.

2. The day appointed for the purposes of section 3 of the Cork Fever Hospital (Amendment) Act, 1954 shall be 1st day of May, 1955.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this twenty-ninth day of April One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-five.
