HARBOUR RATES (DROGHEDA HARBOUR) ORDER, 1947 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1955.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Drogheda Harbour) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1955.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 14th day of February, 1955.

2. The Third Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Drogheda Harbour) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 228 of 1947 ), is hereby amended by the substitution for all matter contained at reference number 2 of the following:

"2	Use of Cranes
	(i) For coal, a sum not exceeding per ton or part thereof	s.	d.
	1	0
	(ii) For all other cargo, a sum not exceeding per ton or part thereof	1	6"

3. The Harbour Rates (Drogheda Harbour) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1951 ( S.I. No. 18 of 1951 ), is hereby revoked.
