RULES OF THE HIGH COURT AND SUPREME COURT. HIGH COURT (FUNDS IN COURT) RULES, 1954.

We, the Superior Courts Rules Committee constituted pursuant to the provisions of Section 67 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , and reconstituted pursuant to the provisions of Section 15 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1953 , by virtue of the powers conferred upon us by Section 36 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 , and Section 68 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , and of all other powers enabling us in this behalf, do hereby make the annexed Rules of Court.

HIGH COURT (FUNDS IN COURT) RULES, 1954.

1. Dublin Corporation 4½% Redeemable Stock (1970/75) shall be added to the stocks, funds and securities in which by virtue of Rule 1 of Order XXXV of the Rules of the High Court and Supreme Court, 1926, as amended, cash under the control of or subject to the Order of the Court may, by Order of the Court, be invested.

2. These Rules may be cited as the High Court (Funds in Court) Rules, 1954.
