Increase of rates of windows' (non-contributory) pensions. |
2.—(1) In Table B to section 20 of the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions Act, 1935 (No. 29 of 1935), being the section inserted by section 105 of the Social Welfare Act, 1952 (No. 11 of 1952), for the rates set forth therein there shall be substituted the rates set forth in the Table to this subsection. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
