AN ACT TO CONTINUE THE CUSTOMS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1945 , IN FORCE UNTIL THE 31st DAY OF MARCH, 1956. [21st March, 1955.] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

Continuance of Act of 1945. |
1.—The Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (No. 14 of 1945), shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1956, and shall then expire. |
|||||||||
|
Repeal. |
2.—The Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (Continuance) Act, 1950 (No. 1 of 1950), is hereby repealed. |
|||||||||
|
Short title. |
3.—This Act may be cited as the Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (Continuance) Act, 1955. |
