EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (RUBBER SOLUTION AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1954.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Rubber Solution Amendment) Order, 1954.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O. No. 156 of 1944), shall, in so far as it suspends a duty of customs on articles referred to at reference number 28 in the First Schedule to that Order, cease to have effect in respect of articles imported on or after the 9th day of November, 1954.
