THERAPEUTIC SUBSTANCES (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1954.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 14 of the Therapeutic Substances Act, 1932 (No. 25 of 1932), hereby makes the following regulations :—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Therapeutic Substances (Fees) Regulations, 1954.

2. The Therapeutic Substances (Fees) Regulations, 1935, are hereby revoked.

3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to the interpretation of these regulations as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

4. The fees set out in the Schedule to these regulations shall be the fees chargeable for licences under the Therapeutic Substances Act, 1932 .

5. These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1954.

SCHEDULE.

(1) For a licence to manufacture

(a) in respect of licence
