MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1954.

WHEREAS James Everett, Minister for Justice, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Justice (Agency) Order, 1954.

2. John A. Costello, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Justice until the 20th day of June, 1954.
