DEPARTMENT OF POSTS AND TELEGRAPHS. THE FOREIGN PARCEL POST AMENDMENT (No. 1) WARRANT, 1954.

Dated: 5th April, 1954.

The Minister for Finance, on the representation of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs as testified by his signature hereto, and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Post Office Acts, 1908 to 1951, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—

1.—(1) This Warrant may be cited as the Foreign Parcel Post Amendment (No. 1) Warrant, 1954.

(2) This Warrant shall come into operation on the 12th day of April, 1954.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Warrant.

3. The entries in the First, Second and Third Schedules to this Warrant are hereby respectively substituted for the entries in the First and Second Schedules and Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the Foreign Parcel Post Warrant, 1953.
