DUBLIN AIRPORT (AMENDMENT) BYE-LAWS, 1954.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 (No. 4 of 1950), hereby make the following bye-laws :—

1. These bye-laws may be cited as the Dublin Airport (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 1954.

2. The Dublin Airport Bye-Laws, 1953 ( S.I. No. 151 of 1953 ), are hereby amended as follows :

(a) in Article 2, by the substitution of " aircraft fuel " for " aviation spirit " in the definitions of " fuel " and " fuelling " ;

(b) in paragraph (46) of Article 3, by the substitution of " fuel " for " aviation spirit " ;

(c) in paragraphs (47) and (48) of Article 3, by the substitution of " fuel " for " petrol."
