Extension of the Acts to agents for the biological control of plant pests.

2.—“Insect” when used in the Acts shall, in addition to the meanings assigned to it by the Acts, include agents for the biological control of plant pests, namely, parasites, predators and micro-organisms in every stage or condition of development which are used for the control of insects, within the meaning of the Acts.
