Application of section 4 of the Finance Act, 1950.

9.— Section 4 of the Finance Act, 1950 (No. 18 of 1950), shall apply and be deemed always to have applied to any allowance payable under section 45 of the Army Pensions Act, 1953 (No. 23 of 1953).
