Vesting of Shannon Works in Board.

16.—(1) The Shannon Works are hereby vested in the Board for all the estate and interest of the Minister.

(2) Subsection (3) of section 17 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1927 (No. 27 of 1927), is hereby repealed.
