Extent of liability of the Board of Governors.

3.—The liability of the Board of Governors for the debts or other liabilities mentioned in the last preceding section shall extend only to the general funds and other assets of the Hospital in the hands or under the control of the Board of Governors or of any Trustee or Trustees appointed by the Board of Governors.
