GAELTACHT HOUSING (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1953.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Lands and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Gaeltacht Housing (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1953.

2. The several powers and duties of the Minister for Lands under the Housing (Gaeltacht) Acts, 1929 to 1953, are hereby delegated to Sean O Loingsigh, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Lands.

3. The Gaeltacht Housing (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 21 of 1952 ), is hereby revoked.
