ROAD VEHICLES (ADDITIONAL INDEX MARK) (No. 2) ORDER, 1953.

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Roads Act, 1920, and of every other power in this behalf enabling him hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Additional Index Mark) (No. 2) Order, 1953.

2. In this Order, the expression " the Principal Regulations " means the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations, 1921.

3. The Principal Regulations shall apply and have effect as if there were allotted to the Council of the County of Kerry the index mark ZX in addition to the index mark IN heretofore allotted to the said Council.
