MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1953.

WHEREAS SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Industry and Commerce (Agency) Order, 1953.

2. SEÁN MOYLAN, Minister for Education, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Industry and Commerce during the period commencing on the 22nd day of September, 1953 and ending on the 8th day of October, 1953.
