DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1953.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-section (7) of section 33 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , (No. 23 of 1941) hereby orders as follows :—

1. The Dublin County Council Order, 1942, as amended by the Dublin County Council Order, 1948, is hereby further amended by the substitution of the word "Three" for the word "Four" in the third column of the Schedule to the said Order as being the number of members to be elected for County Electoral Area No. 2 and by the substitution of the word "Six" for the word "Five" in the said Column as being the number of members to be elected for County Electoral Area No. 4.

2. (1) This Order may be cited as the Dublin County Council (Amendment) Order, 1953.

(2) This Order and the Dublin County Council Orders 1942 and 1948 shall be read as one and may be cited collectively as the Dublin County Council Orders, 1942 to 1953.
