CATTLE AND SHEEP (EXPORT LICENCE) REGULATIONS, 1946 (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1953.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934 (No. 42 of 1934), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations:

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle and Sheep, (Export Licence) Regulations, 1946 (Revocation) Regulations, 1953.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1953.

2. The Cattle and Sheep (Export Licence) Regulations, 1946 ( S. R. & O. No. 82 of 1946 ), are hereby revoked.
