AIR NAVIGATION AND TRANSPORT ACT, 1936 (AVIATION BUSINESS) REGULATIONS, 1953.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (No. 40 of 1936), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (Aviation Business) Regulations, 1953.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these regulations.

3. Articles 4 and 5 of, and the Second Schedule to the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1936 (Aviation Business) Regulations, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 1 of 1947 ), are hereby revoked.
