RULES OF THE HIGH COURT AND SUPREME COURT. HIGH COURT RULES, 1953.

We, the Superior Courts Rules Committee constituted pursuant to the provisions of Section 67 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , by virtue of the powers conferred upon us by Section 36 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 , and Section 68 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , and of all other powers enabling us in this behalf, do hereby make the annexed Rules of Court.

1. These Rules may be cited as the High Court Rules, 1953.

2. The High Court Rules (No. 2), 1952, are hereby rescinded.

3. There shall be added to the stocks, funds and securities in which by virtue of Rule 1 of Order XXXV of the Rules of the High Court and Supreme Court, 1926, as amended, cash under the control of, or subject to the Order of the Court may, by Order of the Court, be invested the following stocks, namely :—

Dublin Corporation 4½% Redeemable Stock (1955/75)

Dublin Corporation 4¼% Redeemable Stock (1955/77)

Dublin Corporation 3½% Redeemable Stock (1955/80)

Dublin Corporation 4 % Redeemable Stock (1960/85)

Dublin Corporation 3¼% Redeemable Stock (1963/83)

Dublin Corporation 3 % Redeemable Stock (1968/78)
