NON-CREAMERY BUTTER (PROHIBITION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1952 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1953.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Non-Creamery Butter (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1952 (Revocation) Order, 1953.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 17th day of June, 1953.

2. The Non-Creamery Butter (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 267 of 1952 ), is hereby revoked.
