HOME-GROWN WHEAT (PURCHASE PERCENTAGE FOR CEREAL YEAR 1952-53) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1953.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 10 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1935 (No. 26 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Home-Grown Wheat (Purchase Percentage for Cereal Year 1952-53) (Amendment) Order, 1953.

2. A reference to 45% shall be substituted in the Schedule to the Home-Grown Wheat (Purchase Percentage for Cereal Year 1952-53) Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 139 of 1952 ), for the reference to 60% and for the reference to 65%.
