UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE (DATE OF PUBLICATION OF CENSUS) ORDER, 1953.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 2 of the Unemployment Assistance (Amendment) Act, 1938 (No. 2 of 1938), and the Social Welfare (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 18 of 1947 ), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Unemployment Assistance (Date of Publication of Census) Order, 1953.

2. The date of publication of the result of the census of population taken in the year 1951 is hereby certified to be the 20th day of December, 1952.
