Superannuation award to person who was Comptroller and Auditor General on 1st April, 1953. |
2.—Where, in the case of the person who was Comptroller and Auditor General on the 1st day of April, 1953, an award under the Superannuation Acts, 1834 to 1947, is granted by virtue of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1944 (No. 19 of 1944), any computation for the purposes of the award shall, notwithstanding anything contained in those Acts, be upon the salary appointed by section 1 of this Act. |
