SOCIAL WELFARE (CERTIFICATES OF BIRTHS, MARRIAGES AND DEATHS) REGULATIONS, 1952.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 50 of the Social Welfare Act, 1952 (No. 11 of 1952), and with the consent of the Minister for Social Welfare and the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Welfare (Certificates of Births, Marriages and Deaths) Regulations, 1952.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 5th day of January, 1953.

3. The appointed fees for the purposes of Section 50 of the Social Welfare Act, 1952 , shall be as follows :—

(a) for each certified copy of an entry in a register of births, one shilling ;

(b) for each certified copy of an entry in a register of marriages, one shilling and sixpence ;

(c) for each certified copy of an entry in a register of deaths, one shilling and sixpence.
