ROAD VEHICLES (SEATING CAPACITY) REGULATIONS, 1932 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1952.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12 of the Roads Act, 1920, hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Seating Capacity) Regulations, 1932 (Revocation) Order, 1952.

2. The Road Vehicles (Seating Capacity) Regulations, 1932, (S.R. & O., 1932 No. 98) shall be revoked as from the 1st day of January, 1953.
