CHILDREN'S ALLOWANCES (QUALIFYING DATES) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1946 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1952.

I SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Social Welfare (Children's Allowances) Acts, 1944 to 1952, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Children's Allowances (Qualifying Dates) (No. 2) Regulations, 1946 (Amendment) Regulations, 1952.

2. The Children's Allowances (Qualifying Dates) (No. 2) Regulations, 1946 (S.R. & O., No. 285 of 1946), shall be construed as not appointing as a qualifying date any day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
