AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ACT, 1947 (EXPORT OF EGGS) ORDER, 1952.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows:—

1.—(1)This Order may be cited as the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Eggs) Order, 1952.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 30th day of July, 1952.

2. In this Order, the words " eggs " means eggs in the shell of domestic fowl and ducks.

3. No person shall export any eggs unless—

(a) such eggs are exported under and in accordance with a licence issued under the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947) and,

(b) such licence is, prior to exportation, delivered to the proper officer of Customs and Excise.
