EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 282) ORDER, 1943 (ROPE, CORD AND TWINE AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1952.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 282) Order, 1943 (Rope, Cord and Twine Amendment) Order, 1952.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 23rd day of April, 1952.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 282) Order, 1943 (S.R. & O., No. 247 of 1943), is hereby amended by the deletion of the matter at reference number 23 (which relates to certain rope, cord and twine) in the First Schedule thereto.
