PHARMACY ACT, 1951 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1952.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Pharmacy Act, 1951 (No. 30 of 1951), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Pharmacy Act, 1951 (Date of Commencement) Order, 1952.

2. The Pharmacy Act, 1951 , shall come into operation on the 10th day of March, 1952.
