EXCHANGE CONTROL ORDER, 1947 (SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS) (NO. 1) ORDER, 1947 (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1952.

I, SEÁN MACENTEE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Exchange Control Order, 1947 (S.R. & O., No. 394 of 1947), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 1952.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the eighteenth day of February, 1952.

2. Paragraph (b) of Article 2 of the Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1951 ( S.I. No. 162 of 1951 ), is hereby revoked and Article 14 of the Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 (S.R. & O., No. 395 of 1947), shall, after the commencement of this Order, have effect as if the said paragraph (b) had never been in force.
