EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (CYCLE COMPONENTS AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1951.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Cycle Components Amendment) Order, 1951.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 7th day of December, 1951.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O. No. 156 of 1944), as amended by the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Seventh Amendment) Order, 1946 (S. R. & O. No. 88 of 1946), is hereby further amended by the deletion of all matter contained in columns (2), (3) and (4) at reference number 34 (which relates to the suspension of customs duty on certain component parts of bicycles and tricycles) in the First Schedule.
