EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 157) ORDER, 1942 (NINTH AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1951.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (Ninth Amendment) Order, 1951.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (S. R. & O. No. 96 of 1942), shall have effect as if £6,000,000 were the amount specified in the third column of the Schedule thereto at reference number 2.

3. The Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (Third Amendment) Order, 1947 (S. R. & O. No. 222 of 1947), is hereby revoked.
