SOCIAL WELFARE ACT, 1951 (SECTIONS 4 AND 5) (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1951.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 4 of the Social Welfare Act, 1951 (No. 16 of 1951), hereby order as follows :—

1.This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare Act, 1951 (Sections 4 and 5) (Appointed Day) Order, 1951.

2. The 5th day of October, 1951, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of sections 4 and 5 of the Social Welfare Act, 1951 (No. 16 of 1951).
